Hmm I feel sorry for Brewster. I thought he had a good thing going since he signed with Sauerland. I would have expected them to line him up for a shot at the WBA title when the next voluntary defense is due. Obviously, this loss means a big setback for Brewster.
i like brewster so sad to hear he lost, was hoping he could get one more big fight, id still love to see him rematch lyakovich
i have never seen a nigerian boxer thaty didnt look in great shape, dokiwari, ibeabuchi, roger izon to name a few
I thought Lamon Brewster might have one last run en route to a HW title shot but after this fight I'm not sure, I figure Brewster will keep fighting though. Who knows, Brewster may've had an injury in the fight. Either way I don't doubt a rematch happening.
Always liked Brew, but maybe this is for the best. Get some new blood in this division. This also kind of puts manuel char on the map, to.
That ******* Ruskull tried to say in another thread that Brewster was a better heavy than McCall, Mercer or Rahman ever were. What a freaking joke.
Mercer was best of the group but not by much, funny how he took Lewis into deep water. McCall was lucky to beat Lewis, so was Rahman. Brewster was lucky to beat Wlad, and Golota.
