Here's a new video of me shadowboxing, I'm using my lower body too, critiques welcome.
I noticed my left hand comes down ad I throw the right cross and I have to correct that, I lean to the left way too much when throwing the right cross, and my elbows don't stay bent in as much as they should. What positives and negatives am I doing in the vid? You can see my footwork and leg movement also. No boxing globes this time either.:yep

When you jab don't lunge, watch the vid you can see your back foot coming off the ground when you're jabbing. I don't like to be too much of a critique, but something looks odd when you're throwing your right straight

i see you have had a haircut

basically to me you look like an advanced beginner, no matter how hard you train yourself you'll never get to a proper level.

keep trying though keep the fitness up

Yes, the haircut helps a lot, no more feeling uncomfortable while training. I'm going to try to get some help from my classmate who boxed amateur before, he's a southpaw so he could guide me and critique me as well on what to do as well as possibly sparring me if that's what he wants to do. We're both busy people but just some occasional help would be great.
I'll keep the work up and get as close as I can to a proper level.:good

You do not retract your hands well, your body is open as your elbows are not tucked in, also try to put less energy in the punches you throw; let them flow

your wrists are hyperextended-keep your knuckles in line with your wrist

when you are throwing the 1 2 your right hand is landing two foot to the left of where your jab finished, hit the exact same spot when throwing combos

when you throw the jab bring it back to your jaw in a straight line, at the moment you are dropping it then bringing it back

when throwing the double jab dontg flick it out the second time bring it fully back to your guard and then double it

practise your footwork and your form still needs to be totally retaught, your practising on your own has cemented your bad habits and they will take a lot of work and time to iron out

    My advice is relax.

You look too tense. Learn the motions first. Slow down, then try and put it together.

    what the others have said.

    Relax, and loosen up.
Snap your punches back - and snap em back quick, right now your hands are moving all over the shop.
Keep your righttucked in close to your jaw.
Work on combos, jab jab straight, jab jab straight hook etc. remember to duck after each combo
    work on defence
    Body movement and head movement
keep your arms up, elbosw in and just rock your body
    your feet movement
just relax and bounce around for a while sliping and bobbing - hands up
sit on your punches , dont so much weight on your front foot.

good hip and heel movement when throwing the right :good

dude i dont even know where to start, get your self a trainer. Your teaching your self too many bad habits. Everything you are doing is wrong.
    Footwork is terrible
    Right hand is terrible
    Yout style looks to jerky

what are your goals with your boxing???

If you want to be a boxer you will never get anywhere self training your self.

    This.

How long have been doing this now Wizard? Seriously dude if you want to take boxing seriously just get a trainer for crying out loud. That was cringeworthy to watch literally everything you do is wrong.

Furthermore thats not shadow boxing. That just looked like a street drunk trying to throw some leather. Literally everything you do is wrong. The footwork the punches the variation the movement the lack of head movement. I mean how do you shadowbox without a mirror so you can see your form?!?!

Shadow boxing is all about establishing a rythym and training your self with combinations and variations in your punching technique. All i saw there was a guy throw a bunch of jabs and a very very bad right hand for 3 minutes.
