Prime Oscar vs Prime Floyd...Who Wins?

Oscar can't beat elites and always found a way to lose. He simply not as great as his fans make him out to be and his record proves it. PBF is superior to Oscar in almost every way but you want me to believe he stops PBF in 1999 the same Oscar who went life and death with Ike Quartey the same Oscar who ran like a scaled dog against Tito not looking to engage. The same weight that fraud was struggling with Castillo and arguably lost to him there,the same weight where DLH was blowing guys like ruelas out of the ring and breaking Genaro´s nose.

How was he much better than Oscar at those weights when Oscar ranks higher than him at every weight class other than 130 when he only had one fight?

Castillo was a dominant lightweight who was stylistic hell for Mayweather. It happens to every fighter.
