I'd be interested in any links to articles or interviews in which Wlad discusses the influences that Ruiz has had on his style, technique and mentality.

    Thanks.

Ask Zakman, he is a specialist when it comes to knowing all about Ruiz.

:huh I was just wondering if he had acknowledged the influence another obviously similar fighter had had on him. Lots of fighters pay respects to their heroes.

Ruiz deserves respect. Not many can come back from brutal KO losses like he did. The man is ready to fly to Germany a million times even though he KNOWS he will get robbed. No one can question the man's heart/desire. Any other fighter would have broken down/cried for getting robbed and NEVER made the trip again nor train as hard as all fighters do to get robbed countless times.

Just because you disagree w/ somebody doesn't make him a troll. The man is actually speakin' the truth.

I would say more like Lennox Lewis, or perhaps Jack Johnson, or late 70's Ali.

HAs the best jab, left hook, and right hand in the heavyweight division. Yeah, just like Ruiz.
