I don't understand why you insist on playing delusional and stubborn regarding the "food" case. He has been donating ALL his life and many of them were publicly announced/recognized. Being shown on 24/7 is nothing new/shocking, they did it with Pacquiao as well and I doubt they care to change his "image", his image is what it is, he took that path and it has made him a lot of money so that path wasn't exactly a terrible one financially and this is all about business in the end and who makes the most $.

What his uncle does DOESN'T represent him, I don't understand why you bring that up like Mayweather Jr. is involved, he doesn't represent his father nor his uncle, he only represents his self.

His return isn't bad for the sport AT ALL. You have to admit things got FAR more exciting when he announced his come back considering how EVERYONE is drooling over a possible fight with Pacquiao which is easily the biggest, BY FAR, fight to make right now. You have to admit things will be FAR more exciting if he talks smack leading up to that fight, the more trash he talks the more tune in and that's what it's all about. Do you honestly want to tell me that you enjoyed Pac/DLH and Jones/Calzaghe 24/7s?

A man who introduces 24/7 in boxing and now opened up the idea of having fights in theaters is NOT bad the sport unless you hate him.

    How did Floyd duck him?

Floyd was ready to accept 8 million to fight Margarito but Arum refused to give more money for bigger threats.

Even Arum himself said that Floyd was willing to fight Margarito for 8 million.

But Arum wouldn't budge off of his multi fight contract, after Floyd had just bought himself out.

Floyd wanted the DLH fight as well and Arum told him no.

Floyd goes on to have the biggest fight in boxing history and Arum said no.

    Bob Arum -

Basically, Floyd is a brat. He has the maturity of a child. He's over 30 years old so that will likely never change. He is what happens when you spoil your children. So anyone with kids who's reading should keep that in mind.

Actually, almost all celebrities do. Publicity brings attention to their cause. Thats the point of them representing a charity...to the bring attention to the public for that specific need. Class has nothing to do with it.

As far as Floyd goes, Im not even really a fan. I want to see Marquez put his dick in the dirt. That being said, I cant deny the fact that he is extremely talented and skilled. As far as him doing that just for the show. Dont be an idiot and do a little research. He's been doing that **** for YEARS. Especially around thanksgiving and christmas. He's mentioned it in previous interviews long ago but clearly a lot of people must have missed that. Maybe he's trying to change his public image by doing it on 24/7? I dunno...but I do know he's been doing it for a long time before that episode.

I see what your getting at. I felt the same way, but the fact is Floyd has always done charity events and such.

The realy truth of the matter is, Floyd made a smart business move and a shitty spiritual one by masking himself as a trash talking villian as opposed to the humble warrior of his people.

Floyd made the mistake thinking that you have to sell yourself as an ******* to market fights, when wearing a smile and lending out a hand to those who need it can get you just the same.

Now that Floyd has seen the damage he has done to his name (although his outside actions may contradict those in the ring and on the press conference table) he is trying to reveal that side of himself and show that he is still somewhat the same, but has find a new level of maturity. And I think what ultimately pissed you off the most...is that you cant stand the idea that Floyd isn't as big of an ******* as he's made himself out to be.

I'm slowly starting to see Floyd show that he's not a big kid anymore and slowly becoming a matured man...or at least a wiser teenager.

    PS...Marquez TKO 11 :smoke

Yep. Class 'A' ****** in this motha****a.. :rofl If Floyd spends $100 on sandwiches for the homeless that's the same as $100 out of the pocket of a person with an average income. SURELY.
