This is all true. And, on top of that, KP looked like he was having a pretty good time slapping Rubio around the ring. And then he turned around and picked Williams over a list of 4 lesser opponents HBO pre-approved. If anyone cares to cut through the lies, gossip, and innuendo, they'll learn two things: 1; Pavlik took time off because his wife had a baby, 2; he has a legitimate problem with a persistent, recurring staph infection. There is zero evidence that Hopkins ruined him.
Tszyu wasn't ruined by Hatton, he never continued fighting to prove he's ruined. Tszyu was past it going into that fight anyway and one year inactive due to serious injuries, he had one fight a year ago before that and it lasted 3 rounds only against Mitchell in a rematch.
Yeah i was hesitant to include that fight but I thought he was one of the top 10 P4P going in, and then he seemed done after that night
For sure on this one, this one of the worst match ups ever made. This match goes along side of Taylor being put in the ring with Terry Norris.
Well said. We'll see about Pavlik but I am suspicious he may be yet another fighter ruined by The Executioner. :rasta
Hamed by Barrera is an interesting one because on the one hand, his belief in god-given invincibility went but on the other he had been on the decline for a long time and fallen out of love with the boxers lifestyle if not the match itself. Barrera didnt cause that. Just gave him an easier route out.
