of course jmm would say that to promote the fight. how could anyone have floyd still at top after almost 2 years of retirement? what jmm is missing here is that he is the better p4p fighter over floyd as of present.

 

In this case JMM is'nt just saying it for the promotion....he said it after his fight with Juan Diaz as well, when it was presented to him what would be next.......Marquez said, "I want to fight the best P4P fighter in the world, and that is Mayweather!"

JMM is not a better fighter than Pac. The reason that they fought so close is that the style matchup favours JMM.

Styles makes fights.

 

Truthfully, i had JMM beating Pac both times- and even with the 10-7 miscall by the one Judge in rd 1 of the 1st fight (a fight which i thought JMM really gave hime a lesson post 1st rd.)......so to me he's the clear cut P4P...i also believe he took the harder road than Pacman up to this point-the david diaz fight was just atrocious- he should've taken on nate, juan or casa instead....

 

Floyd was no. 1 two years back. It's silly to rank anyone who has not fought for almost two years.

probably somewhere between 2 and 4. btw, I don't really believe in a P4P ranking but I am giving you my opinion regardless....

On the other hand you have a hard time to answer simple questions because is really dificult for you to admit that you are wrong.....you always go around the bush and answer questions with another question..... the fact is that you chose not to answer a simple question while a couple of your own countrymen answered me right away.....

 

I dont discredit pac at all, yet you are discrediting marquez, sure it is about styles, but its also about marquez being so good, kellerman and lampley said it, pacquiao is good, but marquez is just as good, I agree that pacquiao is where he is right now, in my eyes marquez won both fights, but he left doubts due to the kds, however, you cant just say that marquez is able to give pac a hard fight just because of his style, in the 2nd fight pac tried to counter and got counter again when trying to do so

 

how am I discrediting Marquez? by saying Pac is better than him? Marquez is a great fighter. Just cause I said Pac is better doesn't mean that I'm discrediting him.

Also, styles make fights. Thats a fact of boxing. Saying that is no discredit to JMM.

 

I agree that JMM is just as good as Pac, maybe a bit better considering his technical skills. I would have no problem accepting JMM as the winner in both fights if the multiple KDs did not happen but the KDs did happen so IMHO, the official verdict stands. It's a win a draw for Pac.

 

Wether I answer your question or not does not change facts. So basically the thread is not about me. My answer btw does not matter nor your opinion...

At the end of the day..wether you get anything from me or not will not matter. Unless my opinion is the center of your life right now?!
