    Happiest:

Steve Collins beating Eubank the 1st time.
    Bernard Dunne beating Cordoba.
Seeing Morales turn southpaw in the 12th vs Manny.
    Winning my own fights.

    Saddest

Roy getting sparked in 2 by Tarver.
    Gomez vs Gatti killed me.
    Morales vs Manny 3.
G-Man blinking in the Benn bout, you just knew something was wrong.
    Seeing Ali these days.

: I admire and respect Tito. He`s a true champion, but in that stretch from DLH to Joppy the Trinididiots were truly on the loose. I learned to really hate his fans man. They were annoying as ****. If you think the *******s are annoying, you must have been in the boxing boards during the first half of 2001. Man that was intolerable.
Threads like: "Tito the greatest ever", "Tito vs Ali", "Tito vs King Kong", "Tito hardest puncher P4P in history" where EVERYWHERE.

What Hopkins acomplished that night was the BIGGEST OWNAGE IN BOXING HISTORY. He badmouthed Tito during the whole promotion, then desecrated the PR flag TWICE.... the second time IN PUERTO RICO, in front of thousands of ricans, escaped alive from the Roberto Clemente Stadium and even managed to ko a couple of raging ricans who were triying to kill him. Then predicted the outcome: Felix Sr. would save his son`s ass from taking more punishment. Then BHop beats and humilliates Tito`s ass for 11 rnds and TKOs him in the 12th. Tito`s dad saves him just like Hopkins predicted. Don King had to SCRATCH the plate on the Ray Robinson trophy because Tito`s name was already put there, anticipating that Tito would have an easy night.
That night, BHop owned Tito, Don King and an entire country. Hopkins made me a fan that night.

    Second: Tyson vs Bruno 2

Others: Mosley vs Margarito, Margarito vs Cotto, Oscar vs Mayorga, Duran vs Barkley, Hopkins vs Tarver, Oscar vs Mayorga, Oscar vs Vargas.

    Saddest:

: I became a boxing fan because of Tyson. To this day, I still can`t watch those fights.

Same, was the closest I've ever came to crying in the last 15 years!

Happiest would be Barrera-Morales III. I avoided the result and watched it the next day, I was convinced Morales was going to beat up my man Barrera. I thought Barrera was finished after the Pacquiao fight, couldn't believe Barrera could pull off another great display.

saddest: Holyfield - Lewis I. Not for who won, but the whole stink of corruption it left me with. Sitting in a bar with a bunch of non-boxing/casual boxing fans...and have that decision declared. Everyone was like: "Why would you follow this sport??"

    - honourable mention goes out to Golota - Grant. Just couldn't believe it.

Happiest: any hugely hyped fight that lives up to expectation - no matter who wins.
    Trinidad - Hopkins
    Barrera - Hamed
    De La Hoya - Vargas
    Corales - Castillo
Golota - Grant (1st round only...)

Many happy moments but one sad one I can recall was seeing Mike Tyson ending his career the way he did against Kevin McBride....A guy he would have demolished just a few years before !

    Happiest
-Hagler beating Hearns - it was the first fight I watched (not live) and the one that got me into boxing, I was even rooting for Hagler without actually knowing anything about the two fighters!
    -Tyson beating Spinks
-Tyson beating Botha (was hoping he still had it in him)
-Right after the decision of Lewis/Holyfield II
    -Lewis KO4 Rahman
    -Klitschko beating Peter
    -Calderon/Cazares I
    -Hopkins whooping Tarver

    Saddest
-Tyson losing to Lewis (the way he did) and Holyfield I
    -Gatti/Gomez
    -Gatti/Mayweather
    -Cotto/Margarito
-Jones Jr losses to Tarver, Johnson and Calzaghe (mostly the sad performance in this one and not so much the loss)
-Taylor/Pavlik II - Seeing Taylor's dissapointment right after the decision

Needless to mention the deaths of Gatti and Forrest. Also, as another poster mentioned, watching McClellan blinking in the Benn fight was very disturbing. As was watching Leavander Johnson getting beat up by Jesus Chavez.

Btw, just watched Gatti/Ward III, the moments right after the fight almost made me cry.
