few years back in a prediction thread I encountered a poster by the name of Tom Tocca or something like that. I was picking Kingsley Ikeke a 6'4 MW to beat AA. But i had not seen AA really fight. Tom the poster hip me to the Gardner, Eastman and another fight i can't think of right now. He also gave me a link to watch AA stop a mud hole in Ikeke's long lanky ass.

AA is a real fighter and he would have given Kelly Pavlik fits. Don't know who would have won but AA is not the bum you make him out to be.

    I know Tom. He's a good poster.

To this very day Ikeke's best wins are a faded Echols, and a completely worn out Emmett Linton!

Yeah he had his best showing in his lost to Pascal at SM.

Well Boo, AA is in this tourney now. So we will see... I think he will do well. I know you will be watching.

Im going to bitterly put a big bet on JT this fight, its a smart wager due to styles.

I just dont like that when JT wins, Pavlik fans will come here and say that this proves Pavlik would beat AA ignoring the notion that styles make fights.

I'll not only watch. If AA does well, I'll come on here, apologize, and take my lumps. But consider this: the best fighter on AA's record is Miranda. He needed 16 rounds over two fights to score one convincing win. Pavlik need 7, and left no doubts. Ward needed one fight, and left no doubts.

Compare JT's last 9 fights with AA's last 9. There ain't nobody on JT's record that get knocked the **** out by Raymond Joval.

That's a fair point. However, I don't think Abraham's style is going to change too drastically where he'll work enough each round to make Taylor gas. Upping his workrate could be fatal for Abraham himself as he could punch himself out with wild looping punches that Taylor should be able to evade with relative ease. Abraham's real chance in this fight would probably be a Pavlik/Taylor I type scenario with Jermain having Abraham seriously hurt and gassing himself in the process of going for the KO. However, hopefully after losing fights vs both Pavlik and Froch from winning positions he will finally have learned to keep the jab in the face of his opponent if it's bringing him success.
