hbo are sons of bitches. getting ready to rob malignaggi agen. I dont like paulie buh they really bent him over with there judges
we differ in opinions, but diaz actually needs the rematch more then paulie....nobody will take diaz seriously if he doesnt get out of texas, and wants a catchweight again....paulie can go on and fight contenders at 140....diaz needs to stay at 135 for his own good....
Thats a typical Paulie fans response, the reality is nobody in this sport really takes Paulie serious doubt they ever did.
Not only that, but he's there bitching and moaning, crying and whining, before and after the fight, and trashing boxing because he felt he got jobbed, while never even saying anything about the TWO GIFTS he has received in the past. He is defitnately a joke, and many fight fans fall for his bitching.
put personal opinion aside, diaz has looked like **** in his last 3 out of 4 fights...he needs to prove himself if he wants to contend at 140.....juan is a good guy and a class act....like i said paulie has enough name recognition to fight urango or anybody else at 140, who I would personally like to see more then a diaz re-match....a WIDE majority feels paulie won, and what good would a trilogy do? Diaz either needs to go to law school or fight casa or valero for the ring title at 135......i honestly dont see marquez going back down to 135, and would probably be bad for his health....or throw diaz in with a edner cherry or steve forbes first if he really wants to test 140...
I completely agree, this fight shouldn't be a main event, but I wouldn't mind seeing it as an undercard. But still I would love to see HBO give the big fights to guys that really deserve it.
He looked fantastic in the JMM fight untill he got caught, and he looked great vs Nate untill the cut started affecting him.
What a load of bollox, so you're saying malignaggi should just accept losing the fight unfairly (I think it was a draw personally), and not say anything and accept it because "you win some and lose some", especially when one judge scores it 118-110 What ****! Some people on here are so clueless!
that's 135, diaz is a very good lightweight nobody disputes that, I read a piece over at the ring by doug fischer, that gave the nod to diaz over paulie, but he also felt 140 is just not for him....I guess juan is looking for a pay-day and you can't really blame him for that.....theres no big pay-days at 135 for him....
I agree, I've been saying for a long time that Diaz should not go nowhere past 135, hell, I feel he can shed some baby fat and move down to 130.
