Burns Vs Mitchell on!

Good to see two guys willing to take each other on. I always thought Mitcell was gonna be groomed into the next big UK name coz I remember seeing Warren in an interview years back and when he was asked which of his fighters he is most excited about he said Mitchell. The along comes Khan and all his fighters were dropped like hot potatoes.

I am swaying towards Burns in this one. I reckon he is just coming into his prime and has a great wealth of experience and now has a 'mans strength' to help with his lack of power. Ricky backs away from no-one and has got a very impressive record for a guy as relatively young as he is.

 

why is it out of order for (anyones) family to be on any forum, your a trainer and your on here, whats the difference, you havent got to converse with me if you dont like what i say, wold be good however to know your reasons for this comment

 

I think what he meant was it's out of order slagging off someone's family on a forum. When have Mitchell's family ever visited this place?

 

what i meant was people having a pop at peoples immeadiate family,that shouldn't be happening,like i say were all big boys so if we take stick we take stick,but our families shouldn't be dragged into it by so called boxing fans.

 

Appologies billy, when people have a pop at anyone on here it just shows their mind state, they are not boxing fans, they are idiots that have to be ignored which is exactly what i will do from now, i will introduce myself to you when the boys box, for now tho mitchell's still gonna win lol mitchell is going to train with the tibbs for this one cause he n his misses is due to have a baby in nov and he does'nt want to miss the birth

 

there are members of mitchell's family which have been on this site for a long time now, prob since the site was set up, mitchell does come on from time to time, he did'nt at first want me to come on here because of the abuse, he say's they aint true fan's (not meaning just his fan base) but for all boxers, but i put it to him there are people who are purly interested in boxing and it would be good for them to be able to converse with a boxer, they pay enough money to watch and take their time out to support so to give something back cant be a bad thing

Ricky's a top lad and a cracking fighter and i think he will have a little too much in every department for Mitchell in a very close fight.
However Ricky needs to work on his conditioning as he can get into the habit of hit and grab, and he's too good a boxer to be labled as that type of fighter. Mitchell would beat the Ricky who turned up against Kevin O'Hara, who he might end up rematching in Belfast, but a fully on song Ricky beats Mitchell on the way to a world title shot for me.
