Every one has there opinion ! Limond would give him a harder fight than Khan, Dont get me wrong Khan has world class boxing ability but hes to vulnerable round the chin for my likens and somebody like Murray banging him on the chin its good night.

    khan...

kotelniks better than murray i think...... murrays ****, khan would dance around him... and at 140 i think he'd take murrays occasional big punch.... murray probably wouldnt even land a punch.. khan would take the **** out of him...... murray can only land when hes on the inside, he cant fight fromn long range.. khan would box his head off..

murray was gettin beaten up and bruised by that scottish man, whos feather fisted... khan woud knock him out early

murrays not even a big puncher, if he was a big puncher he would have knocked out all them fighters on his record.... he aint even fought anyone decent... an old barrera would bash him

I'll be surprised if murray has enough power to ko khan. Murray will be happy though, great payday for him.

i have to go against the grain for this one, and say that i think Murray wins.

I think if these two fought each other, Khan gets complacent, and doesn't respect Murray, because he thinks he is on a different level to Murray because he beat "world" champion Kotelnik. I think Murray would train like never before and not fight his usual fight on the inside. Khan would come at Murray in quick bursts with quick cominations as he did with Kotelnik. I think rather than go looking for Khan and get picked off by Khan, who i would say is the superior boxer by the way, Murray allows Khan to come lookng for him and then strikes during the combos that Khan throws. It might not work, and might not even happen, as i think Murray's natural instincts are to go hunting for his man, and get him on the ropes. But i can see this as the best way for him to win if they ever fought. The natural ability and speed goes to Khan without question. But Murray is not that far behind in terms of technique, and possibly carries a bit more power especially if the fight at light welter, in his gloves. He defo would have more than a punchers chance, as i think a lot of people on here underrate his boxing ability, and would be more than aware if he didn't stick to a game plan, Khan would just run away from him for 12 rounds.
I think Murray's power is underestimated, and that if he tags Khan, maybe doesn't have the one punch knockout power needed, but defo enough to get a stoppage. It all comes down to Murray being able to have the discipline to carry out a plan, and make the shots count when he gets a chance.
Murray split points if the get it on

No way! I'm shocked at how many people think Khan would win this.

Murray is being under estimated - big time.

    Should be interesting.

It's different to Kotelnik because I fancy Murray is a harder puncher, and he's definitely a more effective bodypuncher so when Khan gets the ear muffs on Murray might be able to bring 'em down. Bascically, Murray is an effective pressure fighter that is used to taking punches and battling it out, Kotelnik wasn't really willing to do so because he's a natural counterpuncher, he doesn't 'like' getting hit.

Khan could catch him cold if Murray is reckless though.

Murray won't stand opposite Khan doing nothing for 11 and a half rounds. I don't think he can beat Khan but i'd love to find out for certain.

Murray's feet too slow, head doesn't move and Khan would outbox him easily. If Murray had met the pre-Roach Khan I'd have given him a shot in a tear up, but not in a boxing match
