It is a tune up fight. Who else has used JMM as a tune up fight? Nobody.

he does seem to like to fight smaller guys..but with this comes it's own kind of risk..lossing,,,he might soon know what oscar felt like lossing to the ..smaller pacman..at least oscar had a few excusses like..weight drained..geting older ect..well floyd does have the out of the ring for two years excuse should he lose.

Yes, of course. Otherwise he'd go after a man his own size. That's why everyone's on his ass so much about this matchup.. instead of going after a legit and threatening welterweight, he's just picking on a blown up lightweight thinking it will be an easy tune up against a smaller, but big name oppoenent.

I don't mind it so much though because I'm happy for JMM getting this opportunity. So **** it!

Considering that there's a healthy talent pool at his own weight class including fighters that are well deserving of a shot at the 'The pretty one', I'd say this question is almost rhetorical.

Nobody from his own division. Heck what would you say if BHOP or Pavlik called him(pbf) out?
