No worries. If you watch the first fight you will hear the HBO team talking about how big a risk this was for Mosley when he already a big money fight with Trinidad guaranteed. It's why I respect Mosley so much because he could have killed time and defended the belts against a no mark but instead jumped straight in with the avoided Winky in an attempt to become undisputed champion.

    Mosely = boring.

    Lets see:

Vargas fight = beat a shot fighter

Mayorga = stupidly shot fighter here .. almost didn't even KO him till the bitter end

Cotto = prolly his best performance, even though he lost.

Margacheato = Looked more like B-Hop holding 1 punch and holding bull****. Boring as ****.

That Margo/Mosley fight left me with a bad taste. Not only because margo was a cheating *******, but Mosley just looked gay. Doing the same **** Hopkins does. Very very ugly fight.

Wow, all grown men here I see heheh.

Regardless, assling, it doesn't take away from the fact that Mosely is boring. Looking like a carbon copy of B-Hop with the ugly fighting style isn't gonna do "wonders" for his "recent" career.

    You're the one calling people a ***.

A carbon copy of B-Hop? Are you having a laugh? When have you ever seen Hopkins hit as much as Mosley does. Mosley is basically a brawler, whereas Hopkins is a defensive master. Have you actually watched much Hopkins or do you just form opinions based on what a few ignorami write on here?

    Mosley is anything but boring.

Nothing wrong with a clinch every now and again, if Cotto clinched against Margo (plaster or not) he probably would of won. Also, Mosley didn't clinch that much if i remember correctly.

Yes I did say that, and I followed it up with some examples. Read the first post on here ... hol'on ... I'll go slow for you this time ... F-R-O-M .. W-I-N-K-Y .. O-N. Did you get that?? Good boy! A cookie for you mate! :hi:

De La Hoya fights were not recent career fights, they were AFTER the Winky beat down of Shane. That was the point of this thread ... so you my friend take your own advise, and lets not try to distract from the obvious. Okay? That's a good boy ... another cookie for joo!

Eh good point, but no offense friend. Watch the Margo/Mosley fight again. It was like watching B-Hop fight. Ugly.

Lol ... I see that it will be pointless to continue this discussion with you. You are obviously on Shane's nutts and would prefer to keep sucking on them. Perhaps when you grow a brain and become a little more objective .. maybe we can chat. :hi:

Your attempts at patronisation are lame at best. You're just acting this way because you realise how silly it was to compare the styles of Hopkins and Mosley. Perhaps when you learn to converse like an adult we can chat.

I wouldn't say Mosley's performance against Margo was similar to a Hopkins typical performance. Mosley threw a hell of a lot more leather than hopkins does. Yes, there was a lot more clinching than you would usually see in a Mosley fight but considering his opponent it was a wise move. Margo is a very tough guy and is good fighting up close so although it may not be pretty and could be construed by some people to be fighting gay it was actually the best way to beat Margo as the clinching preventing Margo from fighting his type of fight.

Like someone else pointed out in this thread, if Cotto had clinched he may have beaten Margo. Ok, Cotto's lack of clinching may be seen as more manly and warrior like but at the end of the day, as long as you don't break the rules, winning is the most important thing.
