Robinson by all accounts...particularly at 147....they say he had everything...foot and hand speed, power, explosiveness, high ring IQ, great chin, good reach, no weaknesses...thats why he's still considered the GOAT....even Ali recognizes him as the such

    Ray Leonard.

Robinson had the full skill-set, but his offensive arsenal was so extraordinary that it kind of worked against him: he ended not having to show that much defensive ability so much as he could just use his movement to avoid getting hit. Ray Leonard had everything and showed everything. He had speed, power, agility, movement, reflexes, chin, heart, angles, combinations, stamina - the works. He could go to war, box and move or counter-punch - and he did.

I also feel a certain Sugar Ray was the most complete fighter when at his peak, but his surname was Robinson!

He's widely acknowledged as the best P4P boxer in history! IMO, at his best, he's the closest any fighter in history has come to being perfect! He wasn't perfect because that's impossible, but he was damn near close to perfection!

Definitely Sugar Ray Robinson. He had it all.

Also worth mentioning imo are Roy Jones, Duran and Leonard.
