Bad Intentions have you ever watched Julian Jackson fight? All JJ ever did was counterpunch. Better bodypuncher than Cotto will ever be.
Yes i did. did you watch Graham/Jackson? he was getting beaten before Graham got careless and the rest is history... he had his eye swollen up.
buster drayton fight is a prime example of his counter punching, predatory instinct and body punching
I am called ever name by the Flpoyd ***gots of this site, but I would pick Mayweather to beat Jackson at 154. That's not slight to Jackson, but a testament to Floyd's ability.
i picked floyd to beat pavlik myself; sometimes skills just beats will, no matter that punch, no matter the fighter, and no matter what we want
I don't know if I would pick him to beat Pavlik at 160. Pavlik's size and punch output might be too much. And Pav has a great jab. That alone would keepo Mayweather out of his comfort zone. But I would never say he CANNOT beat him. Floyd would need to fight the perfect fight for the whole 12 rounds.
Pavlik got lucky Taylor lost his heart, if Pat Burns was on Taylor's corner on that fight he would've never gotten past the 5th round :yep.
PBF has avoided big punchers at higher weights for a reason. JJ would KO PBF, being almost the biggest puncher at 154 ever.
This comparison is not fair just like the Trinidad chavez one,but even though it s not id still pick floyd how you going to knockout what you cant catch?Julian was a great puncher but not the swiftest cat,i mean a great boxer usually beats a great puncher. This would be like billy conn joe louis except you know that mayweather would not get brave (or stupid) and try and take chances if he does yey he gets kod but that wouldnt happen floyd by a wide although unspectacular boring decision.whats next pernell whittaker and gerald mccellan.
