The poster who put Collins higher than Calzaghe dosen't strike me as Irish or "Oirish" as you so cleverly put it but just because he put Collins in 1st place you automatically assumed he is, I still think this is hypocritical of you.

i dont know im not joe calzaghe!!unified or not he was the man to beat boxers and fans alike will tell you the same.

beating antoine byrd, pazienza, sosa, lucas and thornton makes him the best smw ever :huh

the tony win was awesome, but calzaghes 20 defenses consistency and longevity in the game place him higher than jones in the smw division..

jones chose to move to lightheavy and avoid michalkewski end of.

Love them all for what they are.

Benn - "loves a tear up"
    Eubank - "boxing and image"
    Collins - "hard man brawler"
    Calzaghe - "excellent fighter"

Nah, putting Collins above Calzaghe is actually quite arguable if not reasonable in light of the better talent he faced in somewhat fewer fights - unless Joe gets extra points for fighting [s-t-r-u-g-g-l-i-n-g and looking awfully mediocre] OLDER [ANCIENT] fighters.

Thornton, McCallum, Johnson, Kalambay, Eubank twice, Benn twice is the more impressive lineup most would say.

You obviously just created this nick to make fun of Brits.

Why take on a persona just to hate - doesn't that seem dumb to you?

Every post you make is idiotic, Joe. Seriously. I never read a single post that I agree with from you. Not one. You consistently demonstrate you don't know **** about sports. JoeBELOWAverage ought to be your moniker. Why use a nick that seems self-deprecating when you merely want to be able to make outrageously stupid posts on a consistent basis to compensate for your personal shortcomings and inadequacies? Doesn't that seem dumb to you?

Is that supposed to be something bad? I would seriously doubt my judgement if I agreed with you in anything. You are a known troll - and most people know this. Also you are not worthy of my time Troll - end of.

Nope, not even one. You're a lame non-athletic goof who wishes he had a pair of balls. You post tripe consistently because you know you suck at all sports.

It doesn't matter the specific subject, you are wrong on every post. You're an idiot. You know it, your family knows it, it is simply known to all who have the misfortune to run across your sorry life.

    re: Collins/Calzaghe

There is an ample argument to support Collins being on par with Calzaghe. You merely have to have been there to watch their careers, opponents, and performances. As one with both Welsh and Irish on one side of the family I can assure you that many Irish would support that contention. But, as for you .. just STFU doofus and quit whining about Collins.:|

Collins was a great fighter, paid his dues, battled with many of the best.
