Has Mayweather ever shown the kind of balls that Marquez is displaying?

The thing that your missing is that 'Mayweather is so good he's never had to display his balls', he can control anybody that hes ever faced, like Roy Jones, Like Pernell Whitaker ..... These 3 guys are/were so good that they never get into a real fight because they're dominance is so natural because they are so naturally better than anybody else ..
Mayweather will destroy Marquez, Mayweather will destroy Pac, and Pernell would destroy them both aswell because they are a class above ..

Mayweather hasnt shown the balls that Marquez has shown simply because, hes so good that he doesnt need to ..

Since Leonard there has been 3 stellar boxers that will stand the test of time, Mayweather, Whitaker and Jones ...... These guys are so far better as boxers than anybody else that its unreal. Dont be fooled by guys that get into brawls with people and think they are so good because they triumph .. Truly great modern day fighters dont get into brawls, they dominate and win ..

Being 36 years old and moving up 2 weight classes after just 2 fights at 135 is a big deal! I dont see why all you floyd fans are trying to say its not a big deal....

 

Its the same as floyd going up and fighting a middle weight at a catch weight of 157!! Now is that a big deal???

 

If Mayweather started his career at 140 maybe considering his skillset . But the guy isnt that big. Even Mosely couldnt feasibly move up to middleweight ; thats just too much risk for those guys.

Margarito is big enough but I doubt he could ever move up that far either . The only rational possiblility is a guy who already is preparing for Pavlik.

The equivalent maybe some one like Andre Ward?

 

exactly. Marquez is moving up because he asked for the fight. Chasing a big pay day just like everyone else.

 

Mayweather and Marquez are pretty much the same size. Its just that marquez like a lot of other fighters, cuts a lot of weight before a weigh in so he can fight in a smaller weight class. Mayweather, being a true professional and warrior, fights at his natural walking around weight.
