    Shitloads of fighters do it man. Machida does it as well, and what is he? Uh, ****ing owning Light-Heavyweight, badly?

    It does seem quite healthy. Wouldn't do it myself, but its not a hugely weird thing.

    From what I understand it won't hurt you to drink your own ****. However there is realy no real health benfit to it. Basicly urin is waste and if your pissing out vitims and menrals your body has all it needs.

    How so? Because I don't get the whole shitstorm that fighters get for drinking their own ****? It's not something I'd do but I get it, sorta. What's the problem?

    And I post in the lounge and I like it, there's some alright people there.

    urine therapy is common in some countries, however the benefits are not really determined, there are some benefits but theres also side effects maybe major ones depending on the person, its something your body has decided is excess so i really don't know why a world class athlete would take it.

    I swear only on ESB will you find mother****ers that try to rationalize everything. Sometimes, just sometimes **** is full blown ****ing crazy. Willingly drinking **** is crazy. **** what you say, **** what you heard. There is no way to sugar coat it. Marquez has an "off" side to him. Just b/c a few people do that ****, dont make it not crazy.

    Why is it so ****ing crazy for someone to drink their own ****? It's not that ape****, bro. People have been doing it for a long time, its not some satanic ritual or some ****. Just be quiet, you're deciding something's wrong just because you're in a majority. Don't do that, it's **** annoying.

    I suggest you be the **** quiet before you implicate yourself into a little box that I wont let you out of. Your first ****ing sentence... if you said that **** out loud anywhere, anytime would permanently put you in a place where you already are. Being a weirded out mother****er is not always good. Sometimes being eccentric is just a hair away from ****ing crazy. Drinking waste or eating waste that comes from your body is not any sane persons preference. There are no sane people that **** in a cup and gulp that **** down like its ****ing lemonade. Crazy sick ass people like you are annoying to me.
