Who did Cotto fight at Welterweight?, you guys make it look like Cotto is an ATG at Welterweight. He's making a CAREER at Welter, Mayweather already established in 5 different weight classes and lineal in 3. Cotto is lineal in 0 and doesn't look like he will be lineal anytime soon either.
