    Why's that?

While JMM is clearly past his best, he's still a quality fighter with great skills, who would give anyone trouble. And Mayweather is no teenager either.

Erik Morales is great fighter, future Hall Of fame guranteed. But at the moment Floyd has a perfect record. He has dominated a lot of big name fighters.

Floyd ranks higher until somebody knocks him off his pedestal.

Ok i am not a big mayweather fan but i realize his ability, and for morales i am a fan but id say mayweather for sure.Yey morales is more of a warrior and gave us a lot more classics than mayweather, but his dominance is not like mayweathers.I mean say pound for pound matchup and mayweather would outbox him not taking anychances(obviously) hed be to fast and win a comfortable decision.

True, but Mayweather is the better more intelligent fighter + undefeeated for that reason I rank him higher but one things for sure, Morales = ATG Warrior! in years to come people will fully appreciate how good he actually was.

    Morales.
Talent level is comparable but Morales resume is clearly superior.

Morales based on resume. Name an ATG Floyd beat in his prime....none. Erik has 2 in Barrera and Pac. Floyd hasn't fought an elite fighter since his 135 days. Its easy to look great when you're not fighting the best of the best.

Morales faced much more tougher opposition compared to Floyd.

Yeah your a idiot. Genaro, Castillo, Corrales all in their prime and 2 out of 3 were clearly out classed. PBF makes other greats look bad thats why he is a true all time great. No catch weight bull **** needed.

    Floyd.

Asero - could you please explain why you feel Floyd would lose to Cotto or Margarito?

Cotto would have been outboxed something silly and stopped around the 8th, whilst Margarito would have lost 119-109 on all three cards.

Plus, none of those silly Pacweight contests :deal

I think you are on crack if you ask this question. I think you are an idiot on crack if you answer the question with Morales as your answer. What sane person would even think this could even be a real question? Morales has no business being in a conversation at all that involves Mayweather. Is this a joke?
