Mayweather willl be prepared, that guy is all business behind closed doors and he is too proud to risk an upset. JMM, don't count on anything but the best Mayweather showing up.

i've said all along that mayweather jr. would come in at 100%. i think he's the consummate professional as his 39-0 record indicates.

    .
Majority of the people here think Floyd will come in 100% fully prepared... JMM will be in deep trouble...:|

No way Mayweather is taking JMM lightly on the other hand there is a lot of pressure on Floyd to perform exceptionally well against JMM nothing short of a K.O/T.K.O will satisfy Mayweather in this fight. He (Mayweather) has stated that he wants to stop JMM in order to make a statement. So we will most likely see a more aggressive than usual Mayweather on fight night who will fight in the pocket and try to get JMM to fold in the later rounds.

Don't be deceived. This is just a tuneup fight for Mayweather.

Assuming Floyd steps into the ring unaffected from the lay-off, he will win a clear decision imo. I expect the margin of victory to be about 8 rounds to 4.

Marquez is a special fighter but Floyd's speed and ring generalship will be enough to see him win clearly. I'd be surprised if there was a stoppage though...

Didn't Ricky Hatton say the same thing?
For his aragance Mayweather always comes in to a bout prepared. I can see him being over trained some day but not under trained.
