Gamboa will dispose Litzau too much speed and power.

For those of you that consistently decry Gamboa's chin - yes, he does get dropped more than he should, but look at the knockdowns. Most of them are flash knockdowns where he pops right back up again; a result of his all out offense which sometimes leaves him off-balance. He doesn't have a terrible chin. I've not ever seen him staggered or in serious trouble. The kid is young and inexperienced. He's been rushed along in his career, has never stepped into the ring with anyone that has a losing record. More than half of his opponents have had two losses or less. Has he really been down all that many times, though? He was down against De Jesus, which was a push. Not a real knockdown. Aside from that he's been down 3 times. All flash knockdowns.

I like Gamboa. I think he's exciting, and has an abundance of talent. He's fought very tough competition for as young and as inexperienced (as a pro) he is.

I'd rather see Gamboa vs Juanma. Make that happen.

I like em both. We all know Litzau owns ESPN FNF. Gamboa would be a huge star

How would you train Litzau for this fight? No smart alleck answers like wear a motocross helmet..

You know, even as I'm writing this it sounds strange, but Gamboa hasn't fought anyone the caliber of Litzau. Maybe Jiminez? It would only go two rounds, but it would be entertaining as hell. Sign me up.

I was at his last 2 fights in Primm. The ref kept his knockout percentage intact on that last round.

Litzau would be a great name and a step up in competition and skills..sans jaw.

Maybe we can petition ESPN to have this fight happen...

Why is nobody speaking of Gamboa-Ponce de Leon? Ponce de Leon just won the eliminator, thus this is the fight on the pipeline ...

I'd like to see it but it wouldn't last long. Litzau isn't the same and wasn't good enough for starters. Gamboa puts him to sleep within the first 3 rounds.
