Kenny was class in the last round, up to that i wasnt too sure about him.Thats the vast experience and talent on show,Willy was great showed huge heart. I must say i felt his opponent was unlucky not to be much further ahead after 2 rounds but hell its happening to us all week and he definetly deserved his deductions.

I think if was a case that both of them could have had quite a few more points than they had. They both landed several clean shots in the first 2 rounds that the judges didn't score for some reason.

eg. Willie caught him with a lovely left hook at the same time as the punch that floored him. The knockdown was obviously scored(as it should have been) but McLoughlin's shot didn't register a point.
There were quite a few other times in the bout where I would have been quite pissed off that Willie wasn't getting the scores he deserved if not for the fact the Georgian wasn't either.

Anyway, that's the two lads in the last 8 isn't it ?, with John Joe Nevin on a little later on today and Darren O'Neill on tomorrow.

Was just looking into Pajo Hylands opponent David Killu he's a good age at 36 but seems to be in good nick and will give any top contender some trouble. He has fought some really good pedigree opponents and is 5 foot 10 which i think is fair tall for a featherweight.
Also what would be the chances of Mike Kelly fighting Oisin ***an over 6 that would be a non stop punch up for sure.

It will be a tough fight for Pajo...The guy David Kiila is very experienced, he has had 42 fights and won 30.
The whole card is now taking shape and its looking good....Cant wait to go myself...
Got the €130 ticket but ill still have to Sky + it though

JJ Nevin wins 10:4 and looked very stylish, so 3 out of 3 today.

Nice win. JJN is a serious counter puncher but what happens if he has to go chasing?
