If Barrera used plaster, wouldn't he have been banned since Roach caught him? Anyways, how come trainers have to be the ones to protect their fighters from this? Shouldn't their be officials or referees making sure stuff like this doesn't happen?

He says not only that Barrera tried to use illegal hand wraps but that Margarito used them in his own gym. Why speak out now instead of when he could have potentially stopped it from happening at all? I don't see what he has to gain, but I don't understand his motivation, either.
