Good question. Great fighters are usually judged on how well they come back from losses, or deal with adversity, which is why Floyd Mayweather - who has seldom been tested - doesn't get as much respect as he should. It is why guys like De La Hoya and Shane Mosley, who while not as talented, and never have been, get more respect than him. Floyd Mayweather, in my opinion, is the perfect example of a great fighter. You can say he has ducked whomever, but the bottom line is, he has beaten every guy he has ever faced, including guys who could have just as easily upset him. Lennox Lewis also beat every guy he ever faced, but he has been upset before. Anyone you can think of that is a greater fighter than Floyd has been upset. It upsets me that the man doesn't get as much respect as he should just because he has never faced serious adversity...although he just as easily could have.

    Identify a "great fighter"?

    FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR.

nahh... You need to show your heart,
    floyd seldom does that,
and it is easy to showcase skills if the opponent does present little threat... You know what I mean, just accept that

    lol chin?????

fighters cannot control their chin issues most the time, and there are MANY greats out there with shaky chins

Judah was a bit of a threat early on in their fight, but Mayweather kept his composure pretty well.

Last time I checked sven ottke has never been upset (only when complaining to the ref when getting punched in the face), and he is a greater fighter.
