second that. I couldn't keep a straight face if i was saying half the things he says. he's either got a dry sense of humour or he really believes what he's saying. either way it's great. :D

I really don't understand why people bother to post stuff like "if JT hadn't gassed in the last round, he would have won." It's about as valid as saying "if pacquiao didn't hit hatton so hard in the second round, he wouldn't have knocked him out in round 2." Are you trying to defend JT or criticize Froch? To me it looks as though your just ridiculing JT.

How about we look at it this way. Carl Froch won the JT fight, and he absolutely owned him. Why? Froch was an open target for 11 rounds, didn't use any guard whatsoever, was knocked down for the 1st time in his career and was fighting in JT's territory. BUT, JT still didnt knock him out, or even win on points!?!?!

Simple matter is, people are picking Dirrell to win for the exact same reasons they thought JT would. When Oct 17th comes and im at the Trent FM arena, im really gonna enjoy watching Froch school Dirrell, its rare that america comes to the uk, and it's gonna be nice to see Froch exert his authority over the super 6 from the 1st fight.

froch fights like he talks, if he says he's gonna knock someone out and hurt them, he means it (obviously given the chance). mayweather talks a good'un but fights cautious, so the trash talk doesn't sit well with most people.

Has mayweather ever fought abroad? Let alone on the first defence of his belt against one of the best in his division? :huh

Boxing is equally big globally those sports are not. That's the difference + those sports have national leagues - are you saying Mayweather boxing is effectively a 'national' league?

**** why do people defend fighters that don't take risks and stay in comfort zones? it just doesn't make sense! How on earth can you justify defending the man you follow is better if that man will not take risks and prove himself other than his safe zone? How!?!? You just spout of examples like the above and/or mention the size of America whilst blissfully ignoring most big fights happen in Vegas anyway over there.......

    I give in.

I like Froch plus he is about the only British fighter that has a Chin. His fights are exciting.

I think the difference between Froch and some other **** talkers is if he says he's going to smash a guy to smithereens, you know he's either going too or get knocked out trying. He won't ***** out of the fight with a bacterial infection in the vagina or spend the whole fight running and clinching.

you should give in because all you're doing is taking the common opinion against your fighters and trying to turn it around.

like i told you before, you only stick around long enough to post your opinion, but you never stick around long enough to defend them.

Froch is a throwback and puts his money where his mouth is because he is so supremely confident(which is a very underrated trait in boxers).

He's also one of the most avoided fighters on the planet. I don't know of any other fighter who has had as many opponents either refuse to fight him or agree and then pull out
