agreed. the "early round version" of jt can beat anyone in this tourney...the "later round versoin" of jt can be beat by anyone in this tourney so he does need to dig down and figure this out.

You know I am a huge JT fan, but believing is a bit difficult these days. Jermain represents absolutely everything that troubles Abraham. However, I am no longer willing to use logic to pick the winner of a Taylor fight. I am more inclined to sit back and ask myself, "Is there any possible way Jermain can **** this up?" If the answer is yes, pick the other guy.

    Nevertheless: WAR JT!!

I feel the same way, when I watch a JT fight, rather than watching as a fan cheering for a good fight I feel more like a parent watching his kid worried that he might get hurt.

I had a dream about Taylor/Abraham. Pavlik, Hopkins, and Winky were all in JT's corner, and JT was whippin' Abraham's ass, but the dream stopped before the fight was over.

This is true, however Abraham also represents everything that troubles Taylor. People (including you, I think?) have highlighted his lack of workrate but I think this is a red herring (for the same reason it was when people said the same about Froch). You don't need a high workrate to make Taylor gas. Taylor will gas from a completely pedestrian eight or nine rounds, this has been shown a number of times. You just need to be able to able to take advantage of it when he does by either being close enough to pick up a points victory in the championship rounds or being able to take him out.

If Abraham is there and Taylor gasses, Abraham will take him out.

yeah i agree he does it to himself as much as anyone he's facing. he just seems so jittery and has so much wasted motion...its like he runs himself into the ground
