Why is Tune-up Fights minimized in the Pacquiao Era?

Thats one of the most asinine statements i've ever read, I honestly think that the only way possible for you to think Pacquiao is a "Great" fighter is if you only watched his last three fights, and you only listened to people like Brian Kenny, Larry Merchant, Kevin Lole, Freddie Roach lol , I seen these two lil weirdos on yahoo answers the other day talking convo went like this
