Exactly you have Peterson to give Floyd the work, and that Mexican kid they had on 24/7 to bloody up for the show and make people think Floyd is just so bad he is dominating his sparring Partners, Honestly the peterson brothers have talent and with that talent they are both hungry hearing that he is giving Floyd trouble doesnt surprise me at all.

 

Sparring isn't a win/lose thing. Sparring helps you work on things. Fighters don't care about who wins in sparring, but fighters do talk shite if they are giving it to the other guy, and the other guy can't deal with it at all. In any sport you talk shite, but you also give thanks to the sparring partners who truly have helped you. Fighters always give shout outs to sparring partners.

Giving him trouble in sparring is what they're hired to do. If they do give him trouble then that's a good thing, he knows what mistakes to avoid and what to do to counter certain mistakes. A good sparring partner is supposed to punish you when you intentionally make mistakes to learn how to counter them. That's what sparring is all about man.

 

Sparring is just that means nothing to the outcome of the actual bout.

Thats pretty much what I am saying thats what sparring is for, so you can taste adversity in the gym and over come it so that way come the fight you are ready.
