It's kinda amusing what he expect from fighters. 3 of these fighters listed were Undisputed Champions. Mike Tyson, Zab Judah, and Jermain Taylor. I do understand the gripe though. All 3 are said to fight on a half tank full of gas. Those New Yorkers I think have too many outside distractions and are not as dedicated as they once were in their careers.

Gerald McClellan not so much an enigma, but a sad story. One of the many tragedies of the sport:-(

Please no one say Zab Judah. I am sick of that Cliché he reached the level he was supposed to IMO.

    Gary Stretch.
Quit far too early to pursue an acting career, IMO.

    Don't laugh........!
I reckon Golota could've ruled the Heavy's for years, if he weren't such a ****ing headcase.
However, his lack of self belief and inner demons offset his natural ability, not insignificant size advantages, allied to a very healthy sized fan base.
    A real shame....

From what I have read about David Reid he had major eye isues even before he turned pro and his career was somewhat doomed from the start. Which is one of the reasons he got his tittle shot which he won so early in his career.

Zab Judah. He was billed as Prenell Whitaker with power. He has been a very good boxer but if he was as good as advertivsed he would have been a top 10 maby top 5 all time great.

Danny "Little Red" Lopez: He should have side stepped Sanchez and moved up. Danny was having trouble making 126 by 1980, and he was never going to beat Sal anyway. In fact, if you genetically engineered a fighter for the express purpose of beating Lopez, you couldn't do better than Sanchez. Arguello was at 135 by that time, so Danny could have moved up, and had a few more years on top.

    Zab Judah sooooooo overhyped.
Along with Rubin Carter and Fernando Vargas.
    All good solid pro's.
    No more, no less.
