Is de la hoya some god or something? How come nobody calls him on his ****. He was on the radio saying why marquez will beat floyd. He said, "as you could see in my fight with floyd, he doesnt like getting hit". "I hit him and hurt him with my jab several times in the first 5 rounds". I immediately called in....i wanted to ask him if thats so, why did you abandon your jab? I wanted to ask him who he had winning the malignaggi diaz fight? They werent accepting calls. Then they asked de la hoya twice why he had seen in mexico that led him to believe marquez would beat mayweather. He said he drinks his pee and that in sparring with 16oz gloves he was hurting his sparring partners. LMAO, who doesnt? Everyone kisses this guys ass and nobody calls him on his ****. I guess de la hoyas a god. I lost it when he started be littleing floyd. Is the guy such a jackass he cant give guys credit that beat him? I just cant see anybody liking this fool.

Yeah I really like him (his career dvd set wasen't cheap though) but he really pissed me off for blaming Freddie Roach on forgetting to use the jab halfway through the fight, it was his old age catching up. He really had Floyd fighting negatively until then.

Should he go in there and say his fighter is going to lose??? I'm sure a lot of fighters would love to sign with Golden Boy if he said his fighters were going to lose their fights. Everybody forgets that this is not Oscar the boxer talking, it's Oscar the business man.

Yeah plus his advice for Hatton didn't work out too well, so he should stick to promoting - his advice stinks like a cup of ****.

DLH actuallly told Hatton that Mayeather could'nt crack and egg with his shots.....

I know for a fact he told JMM something similar, that Mayweather's shots were'nt heavy......thank God on 24/7, the camera's caught Nacho Beristain saying that Mayweather is a brave and dangerous fighter when he's forced to fight.
So we know that from the JMM camp point of view, they respect Mayweather's ability to punch.

Though I respect DLH's boxing ability and his ring smarts he gives pretty bad advice when it comes to physical capacities in the ring. I can understand when you're a boxer you have to be so confident that you can't let power of the punches affect you. It's very common for boxers to say they were never hurt after a fight, and in DLH's case I'm sure he wasn't. He has a legendary chin, but he's also a much bigger man than Hatton and Marquez. A weight drained DLH was never knocked down by Pac, but a strong Marquez was knocked down 4 times by a weaker version of Pac. Obviously Marquez is coming up in weight and will have to respect Mayweather's power.

Oscar hasn't been very succesful lately with his GBP fighters, he has to hype up Marquez so he can do what Victor Ortiz couldn't do.
