A division jump in boxing is skipping divisions.

Did Pac skip everything between 108 to 147? No, you moron.

Pac was 19/20yrs old when he became Flyweight champ...thats fully grown in the height department. Looking at Pac, you can tell he's not in his natural weight class...those muscles dont develop with age...lol.

    It's not?

Pac is lucky that divisions are 4lbs apart and he had the luxury sort of. Of having started at age 16. Still a child basically.

Still a great accomplishment none the less.

Ohhh you're just being an a$$ playing with terminology here...

So here's the facts... PAC fought in 10 different weight divisions, got titles in 6 different weight divisions in which 4 are lineal... PAC is the 2nd boxer in history to get titles in 6 divisions and the ONLY boxer in history with 4 lineal titles...

PAC will have a chance to become the ONLY boxer in history to have titles in 7 (seven !!) different weight divisions when he fights Cotto...

Now you're happy with that eze??

I've never doubted that, I merely pointed out you are making it out to be as if he jumped from 108 to 147.

And isn't this Cotto-Pac fight for the Diamond belt?

If you get to start your career at 15 or 16 years old you will have a really low weight. Roy Jones Jr. around that age was fighting at 119lbs and 4 years later going into the Olympics at 156lbs. Yes people you happen to grow as you get older, SHOCKER.

Yep you give props to PAC's great accomplishment but still trying to find holes to devalue them...

It's not PAC's fault he started pro boxing as a skinny 16 year old...;)

I think the WBO welter title is also at stake...;)

It's amazing to jump from 108 to 147 directly... They usually did it jumping one division at a time...;)

Pac's best weight in terms of athletic ability was 122. He was 22-24 years old, comfortable making the weight, and not outsized by his opponents. From the Barrera fight to the first Morales fight Pac was a little bit small for his division and could easily have been fighting at lower weights. After the loss to Morales you could tell he really packed on some weight.
