I thought the point on the game was to win?

You don't always have to look good winning - sometimes you just have to win. With his style he as avoided punishment - some fights are exciting (Corrales/Gatti) and other's are not - but it's usually the same with any other boxer too.

On top of that - every fighter says that their fight will be exciting. It's a part of selling the fight. Would a Drug Dealer tell you that his product is Shitty? It's a business as well as a sport - he plays both sides of the fence very well. Too bad you're not satisfied.

When once I didn't, I now like to call FMJ Money Mayweather. It's so befitting. He's a ****in' *****. He doesn't wanna fight the best to PROVE he's one of the ATG's.

He'd rather hide behind a BS goose egg and scratch n' claw for every possible dime.

Again, what a shame. There are some excellent battles out there for the *****.

I really enjoy watching his fights anyway, he doesn't have to be reckless to be entertaining.

He said after Hatton that he wanted to take a break for a couple of years, which he's definitely entitled to. He's back now, and if he beats a few of the top contenders he'll have a great resume. And I think he could, he's got the ability to beat anyone below 147 IMO.

Ya same here man, just want to see him in there with other top contenders. Now that he's back i'm giving him the benefit of the doubt until we see who he'll face.

PBF is fighting atleast 3 more times and in those 3 he will fight the Pac-Cotto winner or Mosley. Give it time.

Yes he said this wasn't a 1 fight deal that he was commited to boxing and would fight in more fights after PBF-JMM. There's an article about it out there and it was posted here as well.

Figures a *** ass buckeye fan would say something like this. Mayweather has already proven he's an ATG. Corrales and Castillo were the best in the world from 130-135. 6 belts in 5 divisions. Undefeated. 18-0 world title defenses.

No, ATG status is already confirmed.

Fair point but name me another guy with as high a reputation as Floyd that hasn't beaten any??

Besides which, there are many many better fights that Floyd could/should have had that he hasn't, regardless of them being prime ATG's or not.

    - Tszyu should've happened.
    - Hatton should've been at 140.
    - Floyd should've fought Cotto or Marg prior to their fight.
    - He should've picked Mosley for his comeback fight.

Now I know Floyd fans will give an excuse for not fighting any of these guys, but the truth is if he wants the high ranking and praise that his skills deserve..he HAS to earn it!!!
