What if Perdormo beats Kessler?

Kessler KO 3, unless he just carryin' the cat for a few rounds just for practice.

He's on Showtime though, so I expect Kessler to smoke his ass.

I hope to see Kess shootin' some of those crazy uppercuts like he did on Super Joe.

 

Never seen Perdromo in a boxing match so no idea here.

 

Allan Green would replace him in the Super 6 tournament. No idea what happens if they both go down. Maybe they'd negotiate at the last minute to have Bute and Andrade join the tournament and their fight against each other to be the first round matchup.

Perdomo's better than a C-level fighter, but he's not much of a threat, I don't think. He's a tricky southpaw, but he's not a huge puncher. I thought he beat Sartison, but the fight was a toss-up, and we all know what Kessler did to Sartison.

 

This is possibly the only time I will advocate this but I hope this is a total mismatch, the dodgy ref stops it early or Perdormo has a complete freak out a la Maccarinelli.

Get this **** out of the way and move onto bigger things.

 

BTW, when did Perdomo change his name? Until a few months ago, he always went by Gusmyl, not Gusmyr. Did the press have it wrong all along?

 

I hope this doesn't happen it would ruin the tourney. I hope Kessler isn't overlooking the guy

If Kessler loses this he may as well retire. He's done nothing brilliant since losing to Calzaghe. He'll have a hard time winning the super six

 

I just watched a clip of the dude.. he has shitty defense he is long and goofy and not very coordinated. Dont have no power....he can fight backing up but being he is a true C level fighter it makes no difference.

 

He hasn't lost a round since fighting Calzaghe. Granted, not the best competition in the world, but legitimate fighters nontheless. Better competition than what the Andres have faced, and this coming from a Dirrell fan.

 

Perdomo is a WBA mandatory! that's all you need to know!

 

That would be devestating, it would take a lot steam out of the tournament if Ward and Kessler struggle. God forbid they even lose.

But, that will not happen. Kessler and Ward are going to get the decision if it goes to the scorecards, but it really shouldn't. Ward and Kessler should take out these no names in the mid rounds.
