    man, he's facing anywhere from 3-5 years....his team is working on getting him 20 months, and with 5 already served he will only be out for another year or so...and if he behaves, he can serve 6 of those at a half way house where he would be able to train.....

    how much would it ****en suck if kirkland just gets taken away from us just like that......

    i didn't know he got jacked at gun point so was buying a gun only for protection....i hope texas grows a big heart that day

    He was training in an area rampant with gun violence and vengeance cause his gym and team mates needed him.

    This is stupid, you should also be praying for everyone else that have gotten convicted for the same ****.
    If he's stupid enough to do that **** like that, even when he doesn't have a reason to, then he should just do the time.

    I love Kirkland. One of my top 5 fighters. Man, he was ready to crash through 154 and take no prisoners. I want him out and back in the ring NOW. Texas is a tough place to be in his predicament. I wish him the very best.

    I honestly could care less if he gets his ass handed to him in court, thats his fault he knows he has no business with a gun having already been locked up for armed robbery, he knew good and well he could get in trouble for that **** and chose to do it anyways.
    He made his bed, let him sleep in it, just becuase he is a good fighter and has good potential does not mean we should bend the law for him

    Agree. About a year ago I was leaning Angulo's way but the Kirkland that destoyed Julio would have rolled Angulo. Both tough but Kirkland has an amazing beard, which would be the difference.

    bull**** bro, i'm biased here cause kirkland had a future...some mutha****as tried to rob him and he was only trying to protect himself....

    everybody deserves a second chance....(except for molestors, ****** and murderers)

    it's too tough to call bro....that KIRKLAND also took a lot of shots from JULIO, shots that if landed by angulo would've had more impact, plus the body work and a tougher chin = DYNAMITE :bbb

    I like Kirkland, but he didn't get taken away from us....he screwed up !!!

    Texas will most likely give him the book!!!!
