Lyoto is half black or part black cause he's brazilian? :huh He's probably white/amerindian/japanese (whatever mix a japanese person is).

First off, Bob's an *******. I don't mind what Bob said outside of Mayweather is not boxing. No, Bob, Mayweather IS boxing. Arum's just mad that Mayweather's no longer under contract.

To Bob's credit he was fairly humorous in this interview but he's still a low down, dirty, scoundrel son-of-a-*****.

i agree with arum to a point mma atracts white people becouse its a sport that they are the majority in but that dosent mean theyre all skin heads, but i will say this................
at my gym theres a seperate area where people train in mma and threres this dude who trains there who has "white power" tatooed across his leg and a swastika on the back of his bald head, but the ironic thing is that he is trained by a black dude.

P.S. Don't be stereotypical; Brazilians who are mixed black & white by heritage have traditionally ALWAYS been top UFC fighters.

PS You've mentioned two white fighters. Liddell is washed up and probably retired.

Yeah, he's expressing his generational opinion. I suspect that if people his age were surveyed 99% of them would agree. Doesn't mean a thing for other age groups though, and I suspect he's very upset/jealous about how mma is getting younger people at a much higher rate than boxing.

 

Arum hates any fighter that has a voice and isn't a slave i.e. Mayweather and DLH. He loves the silent, i'll fight anyone type - guys like Morales and Cotto.

 

He is simply being ignorant. He is a human being so he should use common sense.

 

Arum has a point to a degree. I recall a few years back someone that use to post here found a Neo-Nazi website were they were talking about how they loved MMA cause the white man was showing how to really fight...MMA wasnt very big in the states when it was being dominated by South americans and Asians.

PS Arum needs to shut the **** up, he is like the boy who cried wolf...Just a few years back he was saying that HBO was racist because they had no interest in Pavlik fighting sub .500 fighters.
