    so i read that on yahoo sports but isn't clottey set ta face shane mosley? both fights are scheduled for the same month what the hell is goin on here?

    First HBO wanted to move Mosely/Clottey to 12/26 so they could air Pavlik/Williams on 12/5. Now they are balking on the 12/26 date, day after Christmas and all.

    Nothing is set on Mosley-Clottey. HBO doesn't want a fight right after Christmas, but it's the only weekend when the Staples Center is available.

    I guess I can dig that, but damn, dudes will be playin' football on Christmas day AND the day after. ****, why not let's have a fight too?:yep

    I bet the hardest part is that would make weigh ins actually on Christmas day....hmmm, that could be a problem too I suppose.

    Good point. Christmas is also a big day for the NBA. I see no real reason why the Saturday night after Christmas in LA can't produce a successful night of boxing featuring a local champion and ATG.

    Only thing might be all the stuff that goes with the weigh ins on the day before (Christmas day), but still.

    God forbid the put both fights on the same card. (Pavlik/Williams....Mosely/Clottey) Who would be the "main event"? Who gets top billing. Oh horror of horrors......
