That's incorrect. Pursuit of life is a fundamental right of all people.

He was actually on probation, not parole.

What would have happened if everyone thought like you and James and the person he robbed had been packin' also.

How does it feel to be on the other end James??

Sigh... all that potential and he'll end up on FNF looking like Tony Ayala.

Thats nice, but a former felon carrying a firearm is against common law.

    No

    He was on Parole.

Parole is when you get out of prison.
    Probabtion is before.

    Kirkland has done time previously.

If the person he had robbed was packing, James may very well have been killed. I bet if everyone had a gun, less people would be getting robbed as they know there would be a good chance they would bet shot. This is America, possesion of firearms is a legal right. Now I have no problem with James having that right taken away given the circumstances, I just think 4 to 5 years given the entirety of the situation is too harsh.

Polish, that person is not a victim anymore. James isn't a victim either. However, that doesn't mean that his case doesn't highlight flaws in the justice system. The government isn't perfect.

Kirkland didnt finish the full sentence of his previous felon charge, that is parole if you get out.

Speaking of Kirkland --- Plaxico Burress serving 2 years for shooting himself in the leg... and a 15 year old Brooklyn boy blows off his member because like an idiot he kept his unregistered gun tucked into his underpants.

No, bail is before prison. Parole is after prison. Probation is instead of prison.
