Well I was on youtube watching the Duran "No mas" video, when I saw this

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDYnO9gGwIQ&feature=related

At first I thought it was a fan made video as an excuse, but turns out that Duran really let himself go o_O

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but I found it interesting.

OK, Duran let himself go inbetween fights and Sugar Ray had more discipline, which is why Leonard was a better fighter.

How can you say Leonard was a better fighter? He was a better fighter that night, but you cant forget Duran beat him in better fashion.

Duran loved to party and get fukd up, eat, drink, whatever. He was already a major force before this fight for nearly a decade. Even Leonard says he knew Duran was partyin hard and wanted the rematch when he did.

duran quit because leonard was embarrassing him and there wasnt anything he could do about it. why couldnt he do anything about it? he probably didnt train like he was supposed to and it was well known that he blew up in weight between fights....so he could have been drained or whatever...but there are no excuses in boxing....they both had time to come in great shape, sound and mind.....

Lol it says in the video he quit because he wasn't in shape to fight.

Guys I'm not trying to diss either fighter. Please understand that! lol, I just found it interesting to know the reason of why he quitted.

Sugar was fighting him in a mix between RJJ/Floyd Fashion. Lots of Show Boating, lots of caution. It's the only way Leonard would win.

I'm so sick and tired of people making excuses for Duran the man quit plain and simple. It's ****ing ridiculous the ammount of excuses that come out of poster's mouths. Where are the excuse for SRL in the first fight? I don't hear people saying **** about that. In the words of Chad Ochocinco "child please".

Please SRL clowned the **** outta Duran beating him to the punch moving on his ass. He could have done the same **** in the first fight as well.:deal It's well known that Duran struggled with speed and movement.
