I see Price going with Maloney. He loves Heavyweights!

Does this mean Price needs a new trainer? Adam Booth is his trainer, right?

Try and get the Beeb to sign a deal with a domestic promoter?

When the main man repeatedly fails to organise a fight, it can't install too much confidence in his boxing company.

Franny his old am coach has always been his trainer, He just had Booth in the corner for his debut!! Pricey is a supreme athlete with al the big promoters chasing him!! The final decision will rest him though.. I just hope he makes the best decision for him and his career..:good

First and foremost, I wouldn't choose an unrealistic goal like showing Cotto-Pacquaio. The BBC and not going to show a fight like that nor should they quite honestly. It's like petitioning them to show Real Marid against Barcelona but on a smaller level. As was said above, it is a goal that is destined to fail and even if they did pick it up, the numbers it delivers wouldn't be mind blowing to the point that other channels pick up boxing.

I personally fully understand why the BBC don't cover boxing and so I think they campaign would be better focused elsewhere.

Good point. If they want boxing to be more popular again, they should start locally. People want local heroes, not remote superstars from the US.
