How did your fights go? Obed Mbwakongo, the guy I was supposed to meet, didn't make it. That lazy **** was "sick" and 7-8kgs over weight. But I got another very good opponent and worked my way to a 2-1 victory. Next up is Nationen Cup in Wiener Neustadt in Austria 24-27 September. And I see that the same home boxer I got totally robbed against last year will also enter. Time for revenge. Oh, and before that I'm leaving to Bergen today to spar with some Brits.
just found out that the scottish uni championships will be the 5th December in the Uni of Edinburgh...i know its along way away but i'm so excited....i won it last year so goin this year to retain my title proper serious training will start in october!!! can not wait
im in top shape first time i have used weights to get ready for a fight and feeling really strong but thats my weight training finished for the remaining 2 weeks before my fight
got the regional novices coming up,, i gota get down to 60kg,, had a show last nyt in my hometown and won but didnt box as well as i could have done,, still i was i control.:happy

I have a fight Saturday, felt real good yesterday besides a minor stomach ache, than BAM today Im hit with a worse stomach ache, runny nose, and a sore throat... Coincidentally 20% of the students in my school have been absent the past two days, and about 10 are known to have swine flu... Before all that I was feeling great though, and did ok training today despite what seems to be getting sick, but I plan to be on time Saturday night.
Was supposed to be in Finland for the Tammer Tournament which starts today, but I got this damn virus infection in my stomach. And I was scheduled to fight in Denmark on a club show October 30th, but that just fell through. So now it looks like the next competition will be the Vitalijus Karpaciauskas tournament in Lithuania in the beginning of November.
possibly entering at 75kg but will need to see because I'm training outside of the Uni at an amateur club and won't get to any of the Uni training sessions. I've emailed them to see if they will let me represent them in the championships though as I've already had a fair few fights.
