Agreed. At least Hatton seems to be OK at this point. He got his brain blendered. The next heavy shot he takes, if he takes one, could be a problem. There's always that chance. We know now that Fullmer had alot to do with Paret's fate. I'm not saying Hatton could die, but he might be talking funny for the rest of his life if he wants to go there. I say that shot Pacquiao landed was even worse than everyone thinks it was, even if it wasn't an extended beating.

That shot was literally devastating. I thought he was seriously hurt. There was this video of him after the fight where he seemed like he was slurring his words and not making sense but then again he could have been drunk. Mix that with his lifestyle.....Hatton should hang them up.

San Rafa do you think Cotto can take Pacquiao power?

If Pacquiao really squares a good one I could see Cotto having some sort of visible reaction, maybe even getting wobbled a bit, but for the most part I don't really see Pacquiao actually being able to finish the job and stop Cotto. Cotto is hard to stop. We've seen it time and time again. Cotto has been badly hurt on multiple occasions.. But the man is damn near impossible to put away! At this point Cotto has a ton of excellent first hand experience dealing with all sorts of crises.. That makes it even harder for anyone hoping to knock him out. All in all I'll say Cotto can take his power.

    What's your take, E?

Yeah your right on Cotto being hard to stop. He recovers fast and when hes hurt he comes back like someone dropping a loaded uzi on the ground with the safety off. Cotto has been through hell and back so i think he is prepared for whatever Manny can bring. I think once again Mannys speed will be crucial and i see him putting on a similar plan like the DLH. But Cotto has deceptive speed and has GREAT timing along with a powerful jab. He nullified Mosleys speed and Judahs as well but Pac is a different phenomenon.

I think Pac will give Cotto fits early on but as the fight goes on i can see it going to Cottos favor putting in the work and stopping Pac late. If Pac wins i think it will be by decision. Funny i had a dream 3 nights ago that Cotto won but by UD. All in all i cant wait for this fight. My two current faves going facing each other.

Pac is a monster in his workouts, but there's no way he come close to f**king with Tyson.
