Given the topic, I would much prefer pratical strength. That is what MMA is after all. I'm sure they could all get beaten in a lifts competition but picking up a 215 pound man and slamming him like Jackson, while having the stamina to repeat this feat ain't no easy thing. It takes more co-ordination, stamina, balancing etc

Too big at the moment. I think he'll struggle to tuck up in a proper boxing guard. Plus, he doesn't need to be lugging that weight around. It will simply decrease his agility.

As much of a clown as Najman is he does know how to deliver punches like a boxer.

The advantqage in stand-up has got to be with Najman(although i have never seen Pudz throw a punch or kick)

I think it's best to wait until we actually see this guy fight before we anoint or disparage the beginning of his MMA career. You never know until it happens if someone is or isn't on the level.

    I have.

Hes actually not bad. And his high kicks seem pretty solid...

Pudzian, unlike most other Strongmen, is pure muscle, not a ounce of fat on him and he is really mobile and agile for his built. If there is any strongman competitor that can give it a crack at MMA, its Pudzian. All the other guys arent as fast, young, built, or as powerful.

Pudzian is a really knowledgeable guy and i believe he will break Najman down.

And as far as Najman? Co to za bokser? Did you see the opponents he has faced? Purely laughable.

Mariusz was an amateur boxer. I once saw a segment on it during one of the strong man comps. From what I remember his boxing was alright. He was messing about throwing some punches at the camera. He said he gave it up because he didn't like getting hit. It was tongue in cheek though.

Mariusz is doing the WSM this year, that's why he's so huge in this photoshoot that was done a couple of weeks before the contest started.

He will be a lot lighter for the fight.
