    I'm tempted to say Norris..
IMO, On his best day could beat anyone who has ever fought @ 154lbs.

Then again, On his worst has looked less than average in the chin dept.
Winky is no banger, But then again you never know with Terry's durability.

"F" it, I'll Take "Terrible" Terry Norris by SD
(Wink's would give him hell no doubt)

Terry Norris by wide UD. Too much speed and workrate for Winky to handle.

Winky's a good fighter at 54. To say Norris would beat him easily is crazy. This would be good competitive fight. Pickem really.

I dont think its pick em....Terry had Ron for everything except chin...Winky dont have the attributes that can exploit Terry's weaknesses.

I think Terry is too quick and intense..He pounds out a pretty clear decision in the end. I dont think he does it easily but it wont be debatable by the end.

Yeah, I'd also have to give the clear edge to Terry, provided he wasn't having one of those nights where he left his mind in the dressing room.

Wright was very good at applying a lot of pressure and was very difficult to hit cleanly. He showed he could offset speedy flashy combo punchers with pressure and a tight defense behind a good stiff jab. He was competitive with everyone and his early losses were close and controversial. Terry on the other hand showed a little more inconsistency, and didnt do to well against guys who applied a lot of pressure and could take a good shot. Winky was all of that, although not a banger, but certainly enough to hurt Terry and keep him from controlling the fight.

Wright is really good, but I think Norris shades him.

    Like who?

Apart from Mosley...who is smaller, less skilled, less versatile and just never was very good at 154...even then still gave Winky a pretty good run in the rematch.

Terry could be inconsistent..But really he only dropped the ball twice in a long reign at the weight..One when he was likely pre-prime against the hardest puncher ever...And the other was against another pretty good boxer-puncher, whom he dominated in the return.

Neither guy is like Winky..Who whilst has a lot of good qualities, doesnt have the power to really trouble Terry with his head screwed on and who is a little to methodical with his pressure to offset Terry enough.

As good as Winky was at 154, he wasn't athletic enough or had the power to compete with a thoroughbred like Terry.

Thats why I believe Norris would have a little more trouble than you think. Wright wasnt a big banger, but he had a very strong effective jab with a tight defense and applied a lot of pressure. That was his power, and it was hard for guys with power and boxing ability to offset it, ie Trinidad, Mosley, Taylor etc. It wasnt until he got into the bigger 60 pound fighters he had a little trouble. Norris was an excellent technician but he had some problems with pressure, and these were bangers that didnt have the skill set that Wright had.
