Toney looked like had to take some time to get back into form for the fight. That good shot by Greer rocked Toney but after that Toney toyed with him and landed at will.

I'm thinking the Kiltschkos are better than Greer.

How could you possibly know that without either fighting him H2H?

:yep:yepYes man thats right!!! Toney is a slick boxer of course hes gonna slip and slide that was how toney has always fought when he gets caught ..Hit me once but thats all im giving you.. Im sure thats what toney thought and he came back right away just woke him up. As for him weighing 217 no way if hes a natural heavy than i guess iam too cuz we got about the same builtand im only 5-8 He should get down to cruiser, and if he can still fight as good as he did agains jirov he should be able to beat adamek where he weighed 190 and looked solid, and he should have no excuses cuz cruiser limit is 200.If he really weighs 217 he would even be a little fleshy at 200 so he could still get his grub on just got to train real hard. Really he could possibly even be a lt hvy still. If he got down to cruiser he might be able to get a big money fight with Hopkins or Jones

Toney still looked flabby at 217lbs but I don't think he can get below 200lbs anymore. And it wouldn't be a good idea either, the man is 41, slimming down to 200lbs would take a loooong time now when done properly, and if he'd rush it he'd be weak and weight-drained as ****. Like Chris Byrd was. Imo Toney should lose another 5-6lbs, just stay active in the HW division and eventually get another big fight down the road, maybe even a title-shot.

The issue here is that people refuse to recognize that Toney destroyed a journeyman and did what everybody expected from him. Like Frost wrote, the victory does not prove anything except that Toney was in shape. Toney needs to step up the competition level, then we will see what he has left. The Greek fight was just a tune up and certainly doesn't qualify Toney for Vitali as an opponent.End of story.

Geez man you call that hurt? Toney always plays possum. That dudes come up from 160lbs and has a chin of lead that even heavies havent been able to dent.

So somebody in an interview ask Toney what would have happened if Wladimir Klitschko had thrown that punch (and the follow-up). I'm sure he has a clever answer for that, though.
