Nope. No east German swimmer or track athlete was ever caught and they all were forced to take steroids. They are not taken before competition but during intense training, to aid recovery and to build muscle mass and strength. Besides, there are designed steroids that are undetectable. Track and field athletes and swimmers get caught more often these days because there are random tests during training. How often are boxers tested for drugs during training camps?

I didn't say that at all. Just responding to this idea that steroid tests are a sure way of knowing if someone juiced. As far as signs of juicing are concerned, like head growth, changing facial structures, acne, yellow eyes etc. I have never seen any evidence in Manny that he juiced.
