    So much for freedom of speech. Floyd Sr didn't even have much decisiveness about it. I don't think this qualifies as defamation of character. Not in the sense in the Ali vs Warner cases in the 70's.

    I won't agrue with you. You have your own opinion, but you did weasle your way out of the first question. I asked if you "had" to choose. Grant it.....I wouldn't ask either for business advice when there are people who are experts out there. But this was a hypothetical question.

    LOL! I read and heard right. Floyd Sr. said that Pacquiao is using steriods. He can't believe that Pacquiao is a very very explosive fighter and accused him of using steriods! That's slander -__- (a malicious, false, and defamatory statement). :patsch
