That's the way it was when Canseco was naming names and ****. they'd come out and flatly deny it and threaten to sue, but never did.

I listen to a lot of sports talk radio and that's a common refrain. If he talks about suing the guy but doesn't actually do it, people tend to think "you're full of ****"
