NSW has been sorta sucking at the ams in the last couple of years...Luke Boyd fights out of Sydney.

Dont remember where..I think Penrith, which is in the wild wild west of Sydney.

where do you think i should train when im there... im staying near sydney opera house. but when checking for boxing gyms they all seem more like fitness training than anything else.

    Power, Birchy is too humble.
If it's who I think it is, Dave Birchell, he is a well decorated amateur & was pursuing a successful Pro career until it was medically interrupted .
    He certainly knows his stuff.

Open Mon thru Fri i think they are also opening on a Saturday now until midday or around that time.

Usual operating time Mon-Fri is i think 8 or 8:30 in the morning until 8pm.

I did train there to the point where i was in every day. Now i go back from time to time, thinking of getting back into it.

    Rodin,
Thanks for the rap mate, I'm lucky I've been around good trainers & good fighters most of my life so some knowledge has crept in but still learning all the time. Ranser, there is alwys sparring available, let me know when you want to come down & who you need the sparring for & we can work something out. Power, give me a call, ask for Birchy, David, whatever you like, I've been called worse so I look forward to hearing from you.
